Fitness On Demand is a 3600 sq.ft. facility loaded with new Life Fitness Equipment, plus Body Solid freeweights, York rubber coated dumbbells, Hammer Strength squat rack and Smith Machine. Owners, Dale and Robert, also wanted to be sure that everyone could find the right piece for each body part, so we included plenty of extras; BOSU balls, Swiss balls, Medicine balls, etc.........excellent for balance, stability and the core, where all movement begins.

The first thing you'll notice when you enter the club is the upbeat, energizing atmosphere. Our audio system includes 8 speakers that rock the room with Sirius Radio and 4 LG TVs, to help relieve the stresses of a busy lifestyle. Friendly, experienced and Fitness Professionals, you will not have highschool kids as your contact point for questions or assistance. Dale and Robert believe that with the right guidance, equipment, motivation and a little sweat your fitness goals can be achieved.
